Job Title: Finance and Business Administration Manager

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to lead our financial management team in India.

This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership, technical, and communication skills to oversee all aspects of our financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, managing cash flow, and maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: Develop and implement effective financial management systems and processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and transparency.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure sufficient funds are available to meet business needs.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including tax laws, labor laws, and other statutory requirements.

We are looking for a candidate who has a proven track record of success in finance, accounting, or business operations, with a strong understanding of Indian labor law, tax compliance, and risk management.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with risk management and insurance procurement, particularly in service-sector businesses
  • Experience with cloud-based accounting platforms and digital banking tools
