Job Title: Instrumentation and Controls Specialist

Job Description:

  • Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of critical building systems, including electrical, mechanical, and security infrastructure.
  • Manage the overall maintenance of the building, including plumbing, HVAC, lighting, and other critical systems.
  • Monitor and ensure the proper functioning of all security infrastructure equipment, including CCTV, EPABX, and access control systems.
  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of all related systems to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or malfunctions related to ELVS, CCTV, EPABX, and access control systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in handling ELVS, CCTV, EPABX, and access control systems.
  • Strong technical knowledge in troubleshooting, maintaining, and upgrading these systems.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and standards related to infrastructure systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good understanding of safety and regulatory standards applicable to building maintenance.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Technical certifications or training in safety systems, electronics, or related fields is preferred.
