  • Instrumentation engineering experience in Oil & Gas / Biogas Industry
  • EPC project execution background –Domestic & International EPC Project & Proposal
  • Knowledge of IEC / API standards, HAZOP & SIL study
  • Planning of Engineering - work schedule, Construction & Commissioning schedule,
  • Good Communication skill, soft skill, Coordination with multi-disciplinary fields PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead the Instrumentation & Controls division and coordinate with various stakeholders and 3rd party vendors for successful completion of Biogas Gas Project.
  • Complete responsibility of Instrumentation discipline from Engineering to Commissioning for Biogas Project
  • Timely delivery of engineering deliverables getting approval on engineering deliverable from concerned
  • Responsible for Engineering / Fabrication/ Co-ordination with Design team /Vendors / Consultant / Client
  • Approval of Vendor documents, engineering drawing and documents pertaining to instrumentation
  • Assistance to site construction team, QA&QC during FAT, SAT and site check approval from Client.
  • Pre-commissioning & Commissioning of Instrumentation Systems such as DCS/ESD/F&G, CCTV, Telecommunication System etc. at Yard & Offshore SiteMandatory / Desirable Experience
  • Conversant with Control System DCS/ESD/F&G and Selection of DCS/ESD system architecture
  • Knowledge on Field Instruments and preparing instrument list for Control/Safety Valves, HIPPS, Transmitters, Analysers, Gauges etc.
  • Conversant on

I/O List (DCS and ESD PLC), Data sheets for Control valves, ON/OFF and MOVs, , Instrument Data Sheets/specification, Specifications for Control System- DCS / PLC / ESD

  • Layout engineering and MTO, Engineering drawing check.
  • Conversant with communication systems for III party vendors

  • Experience on Instrument hook-up diagram/ Installation drawing, Cable Tray & Cable Routing Layout , Instrument Location Layout , Junction Box Location Layout , Junction Box Wiring Drawing, Cable Schedule, Instrument Support Details, Instrument loop wiring drawings, Drive Control Philosophy, Control Loops, Block Diagram, Connection Diagram, Design Philosophy for Interlocking & Alarm System, Ducting drawing, Damper & expansion Joint Specs (if applicable for this project), Instrument / Service air requirement and quality

  • Hands on experience on Engineering Co-ordination / Fabrication / Loop Checking / Commissioning of Instrumentation System
