We are seeking a Branch Manager to lead and develop a team within the direct life insurance channel. This role focuses on a 'service to sales' model, emphasizing relationship management and sales productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Recruit and select sales executives. Supervise their daily activities and conduct regular performance reviews to ensure all targets are met.
  • Sales Management: Drive sales productivity by focusing on key metrics such as premium per executive and case rate. Maximize business from a given target market and ensure the team consistently exceeds revenue goals.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Conduct joint field work and demonstrate effective selling skills. Help executives leverage internal systems to enhance their performance.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Manage and convert leads from the telemarketing unit. Engage with customers to resolve queries, handle complaints, and provide excellent service to ensure high customer retention.
  • Compliance and Ethics: Ensure the team operates with 100% adherence to company rules and regulations regarding need-based selling and compliance.
Required Candidate Profile
  • Education: A graduate degree is required.
  • Experience: Proven experience in managing agents or sales representatives.
