Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to enhance student learning outcomes.
- Guide students in research projects, providing expert guidance and mentorship.
- Evaluate and monitor student academic progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing targeted support plans.
- Create and implement career-enhancement programs, providing students with valuable skills and experiences.
Requirements:
- A Ph.D. in a relevant field (Marketing, Management, or Supply Chain) from a recognized university.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a faculty member or educator.
- Demonstrated expertise in teaching, research, and industry engagement.
