GlobalView Application Support Consultant

This is a role that involves providing technical support for GlobalView clients across various regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver SAP configuration and technical support to GlobalView clients in UK, IE, ZA, and EMEA.
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve client issues within specified timeframes.
  • Develop functional specifications and manage change requests to meet client requirements.
  • Assess Support Pack configuration and implement subsequent testing activities as necessary.
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers and Managed Service associates to provide First Time Right solutions.
  • Conduct training and knowledge sharing opportunities for Technical Services and Operations teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ADP GlobalView SAP application and associated services.
  • Maintain adherence to ADP GlobalView configuration standards and conventions.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of SAP technology and ADP GlobalView application.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
