Construction Quality Assurance Manager Job

We are seeking an experienced Construction Quality Assurance Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities meet the required quality standards. They will work closely with the project management team, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that quality is integrated into every aspect of the project.

  1. Main Responsibilities:
  2. Co-ordinate with Planning Engineers on quality aspects of materials to be procured at source.
  3. Furnish information about Third party testing costs, establishment and maintenance of QC Lab costs while preparation of ACE.
  4. Upkeep and maintenance of Quality oriented records while execution.
  5. Ensure that proper work instructions are followed by Execution Engineers in execution of various activities like obtaining Pour card / BBS & levels.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Able to provide effective work style to site progress.
  • Able to manage time and produce results.
  • Knowledge about Quality Lab and appropriate apparatus and its functioning.
  • Knowledge about Terms and Conditions of Contract Agreement regarding Quality aspects.
