
Client Liaison Representative

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Relationship Executive. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in building strong relationships with customers and have excellent communication skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting demo calls with prospective students, providing guidance on program details and enrollment process, and ensuring a positive onboarding experience.
- Conducting demo calls with prospective students to showcase our certification programs.
- Building trust and rapport with students to support their journey towards achieving their goals.
- Maintaining ongoing communication with students to ensure their satisfaction and engagement.
- Collaborating with the sales and support team to meet enrollment targets.
- Preparing reports and providing feedback on student interactions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in customer relations, inside sales, or student support.
- Prior experience working with international markets or U.S.-based customers is a plus.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with students.
