Senior Housekeeping Associate Position

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Housekeeping Guest Service Associate to fill this key role.

This is a unique opportunity for an individual who takes pride in delivering exceptional cleanliness and personalized service to our guests.

  • Clean and service guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards of quality.
  • Ensure all guest rooms are impeccably presented and stocked with required amenities, including linens, towels, and toiletries.
  • Assist with daily housekeeping operations and act as the point of contact in the absence of the supervisor.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, ensuring a high level of personalized service and exceeding guest expectations.
  • Report maintenance issues and follow up to ensure timely resolution, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our guests and staff.
  • Monitor cleanliness and order in back-of-house areas and storage rooms, adhering to health, hygiene, and safety regulations.
  • Support and guide junior housekeeping staff with training and quality assurance, promoting a culture of excellence within the team.
  • Maintain inventory of linen, guest supplies, and cleaning materials, ensuring that all necessary items are available when needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of housekeeping experience, preferably in a boutique or luxury hotel setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering exceptional cleanliness and presentation.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemicals, with a focus on safety and environmental sustainability.
