Cleanliness Expert

This role involves maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of a hotel, ensuring a safe work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, upholding quality standards, and maintaining a professional image.

1. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all hotel areas, including public spaces, guest rooms, and back-of-house areas.
2. Ensure that all hotel facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained, adhering to company standards and regulations.
3. Participate in regular cleaning schedules, including daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.
4. Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate departments.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of guest services.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with ability to work effectively with colleagues and management.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and move objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
