Project Management Lead

We are seeking a seasoned project management professional to oversee the execution of our SAP projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP modules and Agile frameworks, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and coordinating internal resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement effective project plans, resource allocation strategies, and risk mitigation techniques.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations for process enhancements.
  • Ensure SAP solutions are optimized for business processes and meet quality standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members on Agile/Scrum principles and practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business requirements and develop strategic project plans.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in project management and leadership roles.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
  • Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI, SD, MM, HCM).
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI-ACP; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
