About the Role

The Communications Strategist will play a pivotal role in crafting and implementing comprehensive communications plans to elevate the company's image, foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, media, and industry leaders through daily communication via phone and email
  • Manage crises, ensuring 100% client retention and upholding the company's reputation
  • Monitor media coverage, analyze, and evaluate it to identify opportunities and track progress
  • Plan and execute publicity strategies, create quarterly roadmaps, and prepare briefs, scripts, and responses for interviews
  • Promote news stories and features, write and disseminate press releases, articles, and features to targeted media outlets
  • Organize and manage press conferences, open days, exhibitions, tours, and visits, attend and promote client events to media and industry professionals
  • Build relationships with brands and third-party partners on behalf of the company, leverage partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising opportunities
  • Conduct market research, present new business proposals to potential clients, and grow awareness within industries
