Job Title: Senior Manager

Oversee daily accounting operations to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and optimal efficiency in accounting processes.

As a senior manager, you will be responsible for leading the finance and accounting team to achieve strategic goals, overseeing day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, general ledger, accounts receivable, payroll, and GST compliance. You will develop financial plans and budgets, monitor performance against budget, and prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to stakeholders.

You will work closely with external auditors to share required audit data, identify process improvements, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proven understanding of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP and IND AS.
  • Experience in handling day-to-day GST & TDS compliance related matters.
  • Proficiency in preparation of GST related workings for filing of GST returns.
  • Manage GST Annual audit and preparation of all relevant GST reconciliations.
  • Oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and present financial reports, analyze variances, and provide insights for business improvement.
  • Work and coordinate with external auditors to ensure seamless audit processes.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
