Job Title: Industrial Relations Specialist

About the Role:
Mumbai based jewelry manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Factory HR Manager to lead their human resources department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of factory operations, including employee relations, compliance with industry norms, and overall factory administration.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage factory staff, ensuring high levels of employee engagement and retention.
• Oversee housekeeping, security, hygiene, health, and safety compliance within the factory premises.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth delivery of goods and services.
• Develop and implement effective performance management systems, promoting productivity and efficiency throughout the organization.
• Maintain accurate records, adhering to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and manage payroll, ensuring timely payments to employees.

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in a factory HR role
• MBA/MSW degree or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
