Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide exceptional technical support to ensure seamless operation of our Workforce Management application. As a key member of the support team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and resolve reported issues within the application
  • Collaborate with end-users and internal teams to provide high-quality support
  • Document all findings and resolutions for each reported issue
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support staff as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer support or related roles
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve simple configuration problems
  • Aptitude for learning functional knowledge of WFM applications and industry best practices
  • Effective communication skills to simplify application concepts for a business audience
