Visual Communications Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Visual Communications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the creative department, you will be responsible for designing engaging visuals across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:- Create captivating graphics for social media, campaigns, ads, web, and app assets.
- Develop and maintain visual identities, ensuring consistency across all media.
- Design marketing materials such as banners, presentations, emailers, and event designs.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve design goals.
- Adapt and optimize designs for different formats and platforms.
- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design.
- Proficient working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Familiarity with Figma / XD for collaborative design.
- Solid grasp of typography, layout, grids, and branding principles.
- Skills in image editing & retouching – resizing, cleanup, color correction.
- Eye for detail, speed, adaptability, and openness to feedback.
- Eagerness to learn & grow into a mid-level designer (UI, motion, branding).
