The Role of a Closing Manager is crucial in ensuring smooth property transactions. Their primary responsibility is to oversee the entire closing process, coordinating with various stakeholders such as buyers, sellers, legal teams, and financial institutions.

To excel in this role, one must possess excellent negotiation skills, strong documentation handling, and effective customer service abilities.

A Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3-6 years of experience in real estate are typically required for this position. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and document management systems is also necessary.

  • Manage the property closing process from booking to registration/handover.
  • Coordinate with customers, sales teams, legal advisors, and banks for documentation and loan processing.
  • Ensure accuracy of agreements, payment schedules, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Resolve client queries regarding agreements, stamp duty, registration, and possession.
  • Maintain MIS reports and update management on weekly progress.
Key Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in real estate, preferably in closing/registration/documentation.
  • Strong knowledge of property registration procedures, stamp duty, RERA compliance, and loan disbursement processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and document handling.
