ERP Implementation Specialist

We are looking for a skilled ERP implementation specialist to join our team. As an ERP implementation specialist, you will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate these into end products.

This client-facing role involves working directly with decision-makers and key/end users to gather requirements and recommend optimal business processes relative to ERP functionality. You will also be responsible for understanding manufacturing business processes and devising methods to implement them with the ERP application.

The successful candidate will have at least 5-7 years of hands-on experience with implementing or supporting ERP applications, preferably in a manufacturing/distribution/planning environment. Strong functional knowledge in areas such as manufacturing, engineering, demand planning, and supply chain is essential.

You will also need to be well-versed in Infor LN 10.7 On-prem or Cloud Edition modules, including manufacturing, engineering, demand planning, and product configurator. Additionally, knowledge of supply chain modules (purchase, sales, central invoicing) is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Gather requirements from decision-makers and key/end users
  • Recommend optimal business processes relative to ERP functionality
  • Understand manufacturing business processes and devise methods to implement them with the ERP application
  • Conduct a functional assessment at a client site within the manufacturing/distribution/planning areas
  • Configure and test ERP to perform specific functionality to satisfy business requirements
  • Assist with full site implementations and upgrades, which include pilot testing, data validation, development of data transformation rules and governance procedures, and post-implementation support
  • Troubleshoot ERP anomalies and process issues
  • Maintain documentation relative to ERP implementation/upgrade
  • Interact with business users for training, problem-solving, and automation of business processes
Qualifications
  • At least 5-7 years of hands-on experience with implementing or supporting ERP applications
  • Strong functional knowledge in areas such as manufacturing, engineering, demand planning, and supply chain
  • Well-versed in Infor LN 10.7 On-prem or Cloud Edition modules
  • Knowledge of supply chain modules (purchase, sales, central invoicing) is a plus
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required
  • Equivalent experience in Materials Management, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management or Factory Supervision considered
