">">The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience as a team or executive assistant, with a strong background in administrative and management support. They will also possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently under pressure, and have a proactive and motivated attitude.
">">As an executive assistant, you will be responsible for providing direct administrative and management support to the Head of Analytics and AI, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and handling correspondence with key stakeholders. You will also be required to liaison between the leadership team and other parties, event management, coordination with vendors, team onboarding, and general team support.
