The role of BIM Lead is pivotal in driving the adoption and implementation of Building Information Modeling technologies to enhance the design, planning, and execution of construction projects.   • Develop and manage BIM models for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.

  • Create detailed 3D models, perform clash detection, and generate construction documentation using Tekla software.
  • Establish and enforce BIM standards, protocols, and best practices within the business unit.
  • Provide technical guidance and training on BIM tools and methodologies.
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders to ensure alignment on BIM deliverables.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of BIM implementation, identifying areas for improvement and driving continuous innovation.

  • Ensure timely delivery of BIM outputs to meet project milestones and client expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
