EDP Cloud Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Business Analyst to join our team and play a critical role in supporting operations across process improvement, data platform engineering, and automation.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze EDP platform workflows and operational processes to identify optimization opportunities.
- Develop comprehensive KPIs and performance dashboards for platform monitoring and decision-making.
- Support the Enterprise Data Council with data-driven insights for strategic direction and product management.
- Document and standardize operational procedures across EDP Architecture, Platform Engineering, and Data Engineering teams.
- Contribute to lifecycle management of IT platform products.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud cost optimization and Reserved Instances/Savings Plans.
- Knowledge of infrastructure services and resiliency capabilities.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
