About this role: We are seeking a skilled Programmatic Campaign Manager to lead our client relationships and drive campaign performance.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker who can develop and execute programmatic strategies that deliver exceptional results. As Associate Manager - Programmatic Campaign, you will be responsible for managing a team of specialists, providing guidance and mentorship, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality programmatic solutions.



  • Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute client-centric programmatic strategies, focusing on achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and driving business growth.
  • Lead a team of programmatic specialists, providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Own client communication and relationship management, ensuring clear and consistent updates.
  • Proactively identify and pursue account growth opportunities in partnership with Account Directors.
  • Leverage expertise in DV360 and other Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) to optimize campaigns and deliver exceptional results.
  • Utilize mobile measurement partners (MMPs) and analytics platforms to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Client Services and other channel teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and optimize strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and maintain high standards of quality.


About your background:


  • You have 2-4 years of experience in programmatic campaign management.
  • Proven experience managing and leading a team.
  • Expert-level knowledge of DV360 and experience with other DSPs.
  • Strong experience with MMPs and analytics tools.
  • Excellent client management and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic programmatic plans.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
