About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Engineer to join our team. As a Lead Security Engineer, you will be responsible for managing cloud accounts and SaaS tools, provisioning/de-provisioning user access, conducting user access reviews, developing and implementing identity and access management solutions, and troubleshooting technical IAM issues.

  • The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and six or more years of experience in IT or application development.
  • Experience with Azure/AWS, including Azure/AWS Security Certification, is also required.
  • In addition, the candidate should have experience with DevOps, IAM, and scripting languages (Python, Bash, Powershell), familiarity with multiple operating systems (Linux, Windows, etc.), and strong understanding of directory services (LDAP, Active Directory, etc.).
  • A strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, detail-oriented approach, and ability to work independently are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage cloud accounts (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SaaS tools (Datadog, Sumologic, Newrelic, MongoDB Atlas)
  • Provision/de-provision user access across tools
  • Conduct user access reviews for ISO/SOC2 audits
  • Develop, implement, and maintain identity and access management solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical IAM issues
  • Improve IAM solutions for protection against evolving threats and efficiency
  • Counsel team members on best practices in IAM
  • Stay up-to-date on current IAM threats and industry solutions
  • Enforce security policies and procedures related to IAM
  • Automate account management and IAM processes
