Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic customer service representative to support users of our SaaS platform, ensuring they have a seamless and positive experience across every interaction.

Job Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, or in-app messaging with a friendly, clear, and solution-focused tone.
  • Assist users through onboarding, troubleshooting, and using key features of our product.
  • Maintain accurate records of technical issues and support tickets using JIRA or similar tools.
  • Evaluate and escalate bugs or critical issues to the development team for timely resolution.
  • Create and update FAQs, help articles, and user guides to improve customer knowledge and self-service capabilities.
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and workflows, especially AI-driven ones.
  • Comfortable multitasking across different tasks and platforms.
  • Familiarity with CRM/helpdesk tools such as JIRA, Zendesk, or Intercom.
  • Patience, empathy, and professionalism when interacting with users of all technical levels.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in SaaS, tech, or startup environments.
  • Knowledge of AI tools, automation workflows, or digital marketing platforms.
  • Ability to contribute to customer-facing documentation.
