Job Summary

As a seasoned finance professional, you will be responsible for creating accurate and timely forecasts for the bank's financial performance. Your expertise in planning, budgeting, and forecasting will enable you to drive business growth and improve profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profit margins.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights necessary for informed decision-making.
  • Design and implement effective budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide analytical support to senior management on key business drivers and strategic initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and competitiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and forecasting.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with financial planning and analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Hyperion.
  • Knowledge of banking regulations and industry standards.
  • Fluency in English language and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for training and meetings.
