Chief Financial Asset Manager

The Financial Operations Expert is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and up-to-dateness of fixed assets records within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the lifecycle of fixed assets, including insurance renewal, addition/deletion, and claims processing.
- Create and dispose of assets in the Oracle Fusion system, ensuring timely GST invoicing.
- Ensure proper tagging and recording of assets within the system.
- Coordinate annual fixed assets verification with branches and vendors.
- Generate management information systems reports related to fixed assets.
- Facilitate issue closure by coordinating with user departments.
Required Qualifications:
- Postgraduate degree in a relevant field or equivalent, with at least 5 years' experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and entries.
- Proficiency in MIS reporting, trackers, and Microsoft Excel.
- Working knowledge of TDS and GST regulations.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion environment preferred.
