About the Position

We are seeking a skilled trader to develop and manage quantitative trading strategies across equities and derivatives.

This is a contractual position offering unparalleled profit sharing opportunities for proven performers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Trading Strategy Development: Design and optimize systematic trading algorithms and strategies to achieve optimal performance.
  • Rigorous Testing and Analysis: Conduct thorough back testing and statistical analysis of trading models to ensure robustness and profitability.
  • Real-time Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor trading performance and risk metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Risk Management: Implement effective risk management protocols and position sizing methodologies to minimize losses.
  • Infrastructure Enhancement: Collaborate with our technology team to enhance trading infrastructure and improve execution efficiency.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of trading strategies and performance to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrate a proven track record in systematic/algorithmic trading with verifiable results.
  • Quantitative Finance Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of quantitative finance, statistical modeling, and risk management principles.
  • Market Microstructure Knowledge: Have experience with market microstructure, execution algorithms, and latency optimization techniques.
  • Academic Qualification: Hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with professional experience at hedge funds, prop trading firms, or investment banks.
