Production Manager

  • Ensure that all aspects of production meet client requirements and expectations.
  • Develop and manage project timelines and budgets.

  • Manage crew scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Oversee the preparation of project documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency within the production team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated solutions that align with client needs.

Requirements:

7+ years' experience in film or video production management, preferably in a creative agency or production company.

Proven track record of managing complex projects and meeting deadlines.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of current trends and events in new media and technology.

Previous experience in resource and production services sourcing.

Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to refine key skills for running a business.

Positive can-do attitude and ability to leverage past experience to provide best solutions for each project owned.

Willingness to share experience and collaborate with global network of colleagues.

Unafraid to ask questions and have innate ability to identify and manage project risk.

Persuasive and negotiation skills to reach best possible outcome for both the Agency and its clients.
