Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to serve as a technical liaison between our organization and customers. In this capacity, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert technical support to customers on various automotive products, addressing queries and troubleshooting concerns.
  • Capture detailed call information and resolutions using a designated database system.
  • Leverage OE and Aftermarket Service Information Websites to assist customers with diagnostic inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely solutions.
  • Monitor and maintain key department metrics, contributing to the optimization of our services.
  • Support customers and document data for market analytics, providing valuable insights for business development.
Requirements:
  • Relevant mechanical or production engineering degree is essential.
  • Strong understanding of automotive systems and mechanics is required, along with experience in mechanic or technician work environments.
  • Previous experience working with Tier 1 suppliers, original equipment (OE) manufacturers, or major car service dealerships is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in typing skills is necessary, as well as expertise in basic computer programs like Excel and other database tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of English proficiency, are mandatory.
