Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable backend systems using JavaScript (Node.js)
  • Collaborate extensively with frontend and DevOps teams to drive development forward
  • Utilize MongoDB aggregation pipelines for advanced querying and database management
  • Write clean, modular, and testable code that meets high standards
  • Support deployment, debugging, and production monitoring processes
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation and conduct thorough code reviews
Candidate Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field from a reputable institution
  • 4+ years of experience in JavaScript development, particularly in backend roles
  • At least 3 years hands-on experience in Node.js, Express, and MongoDB
  • Strong foundation in database management systems, including MongoDB pipelines and system-level architecture
Required Skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically
  • Strong understanding of backend design principles and security best practices
  • Familiarity with database indexing, optimization, and schema design methodologies
