Visual Excellence Leader

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-driven professional to assume responsibility for maintaining the highest standards of visual quality across our 3D products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain rigorous visual standards (realism, lighting, layout)
  • Audit editor work, track rework trends, and lead corrective actions to optimize efficiency
  • Collaborate with trainers to upskill based on real data and ensure skillset alignment
  • Develop SOPs, streamline workflows, and accelerate editing without compromising quality
  • Promote Jeeves scores, reduce rework, and support the growth of internal editing adoption
Eligibility Criteria:
  • 3–5 years of experience in virtual staging
  • Proven track record in QA or team lead roles
  • Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Photoshop, Blender, and 3DsMax
  • Data-driven mindset combined with strong visual feedback skills
  • Degree in Architecture, 3D Product Designing, or related field
