Visual Designer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Visual Designer to join our team.

Job Description:

Savvytree is a dynamic marketing and communications agency that leverages strategy and creativity to help brands scale smartly through storytelling, design, and digital solutions.

As a Visual Designer at Savvytree, you will be responsible for developing creative concepts, graphics, and layouts for social media platforms, creating brand collaterals, and enhancing social media and marketing campaigns with engaging motion elements.

Responsibilities:

  • Design & Creative Development:
    • Develop innovative graphic designs, visuals, and layouts for social media and marketing campaigns.
    • Create high-quality brand collaterals such as brochures, catalogs, presentations, posters, flyers, and other marketing materials.
  • Video & Motion Graphics:
    • Design and edit multimedia content, including videos, motion graphics, 2D animations, and illustrations.
    • Enhance the visual appeal of social media and marketing campaigns with engaging motion elements.
  • Collaboration & Execution:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality output.
    • Manage timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on time with high creative standards.
  • Asset Management & Research:
    • Design infographics and data visuals in collaboration with analytics teams.
    • Organize and maintain a structured digital asset library for easy access and future use.

Requirements:

  • At least 1-3 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, XD); familiarity with Figma/Canva is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX design and motion graphics is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
