Workday Expert Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Workday Consultant to fill this critical role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on experience in Workday integration development is essential for success.
  • Familiarity with the Workday core concepts is a must.
  • A strong understanding of business objects and identifying relationships between PBO and RBO, as well as the usage of Calc Fields, is required.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with integrations, calc fields, security, migrations is expected.
  • A solid understanding of EIB, Core Connector Worker, Core Connector Benefit, Workday Studio, Navigations, Search, Security, Reports, etc. is necessary.
  • Prior experience using Workday Extend is a plus.
  • Excellent coding, testing, implementing, debugging, and documentation skills are required.
  • A good understanding and hands-on experience with XSLT is needed.
  • A good grasp of ISU, ISSG, Integration Scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting is required.
  • The ability to communicate and articulate technical information effectively is essential.
  • High reasoning aptitude and the ability to quickly understand complex operating environments are necessary.
  • Ability to work in a diverse multi-national and multi-vendor environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Workday Consultant is mandatory.
  • Any graduation qualification will be considered.
  • Hybrid work mode is available.
  • Contract employment type is preferred.
  • Immediate notice period is not required.
