Our organization seeks a highly experienced Senior Data Engineer to lead data engineering initiatives. This senior professional will have a strong background in software development, with 8+ years of experience designing and implementing big data ETL pipelines, data processing, analytics applications using PySpark.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop scalable ETL pipelines involving big data.
- Develop and implement data processing and analytics applications primarily using PySpark.
- Lead the design and implementation of distributed storage, processing, and scalable systems.
- Collaborate with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Author and analyze SQL, HQL, and other query languages for NoSQL databases.
- Develop applications that integrate with REST APIs.
- Support the go-to-market strategy and pre-sales teams.
- Experience with container-orchestration systems like Kubernetes and enterprise-grade ETL tools.
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, Web Analytics, Digital Marketing, Google Cloud platforms, and Data Science, ML/AI, R, or Jupyter.
- 8+ years of professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of experience interacting with technology and business senior leaders.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- International exposure and customer-facing experience.
