Seeking a seasoned business professional to spearhead strategic growth initiatives and drive customer relationships.

About the Role
  • Identify new opportunities for expansion in current and prospective markets, leveraging expertise in market analysis and trend forecasting.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive customer database through targeted outreach, data collection, and regular communication.
  • Procure and sell plastic resins, including PP, PE, PET, and PVC, from domestic producers and distributors, while cultivating relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and international trade shows to promote brand awareness and products.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with resin producers, ensuring a stable supply chain and optimal pricing.
  • Collaborate with the Branch Manager to oversee logistics, inventory management, and cargo allocation, driving operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Conduct market research to inform price setting and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior.
  • Prepare detailed market reports, highlighting regional, seasonal, and customer-specific insights to inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in trading polymers, with a strong understanding of domestic and international markets.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex business environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently under pressure, with flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Management, or a related field, with an MBA preferred.
