- Oversee the scheduling and alignment of meetings with interested prospects in target areas.">
4. Area Visits & Prospect Engagement:

- Plan and execute weekly visits to potential franchise areas to understand market dynamics and strengthen connections.">
- Personally pitch our franchise model to prospective partners, generating interest and driving conversions.">
5. Franchise Conversion & Onboarding:

- Facilitate the onboarding process by converting the right profiles into franchise partners.">
- Ensure all necessary steps are completed to make new franchises operational and live within set timelines.">
6. Performance Management:

- Regularly monitor progress and take corrective actions to address any challenges in franchise conversion.">
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
