Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented MIS Executive to lead our data management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other data management tools to collect and organize business information.
  • Generate reports, dashboards, and presentations to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Prioritize and release Sale Orders based on demand analysis.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in business processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide support in data analysis and reporting.
  • Evaluate data accuracy, integrity, and security through regular audits and quality checks.
  • Implement data validation and cleansing processes to maintain high data quality standards.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on data management tools and reporting systems.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in MIS and data management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proficient in Advanced Excel, with expertise in pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros.
  • Proven experience in MIS, data analysis, or related roles, with a strong analytical and problem-solving skillset.
  • Expertise in database management systems (e.g., SQL, Microsoft Access) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
