We are seeking a Senior Customer Support Representative who will work independently to use their expertise and experience to serve our customers in Ontario, Canada. Most of our customers are top realtors in the region. As a Senior Customer Support Representative, you will assist them with order queries, provide solutions to any issues, and offer the best of our services.

You will communicate with customers via phone, email, or chat, reflecting a highly professional manner with an empathetic approach.

Job Details

Work from home, full-time position. Timing: Mon-Fri, 9 hours between 5:30 pm to 9:00 am. Weekend availability.
