Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned EHS Leader to spearhead our environmental, health and safety initiatives.

About the Role:

  • Strategic EHS Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive EHS policies and programs that align with industry standards and organizational goals.
  • Audit Management: Oversee regular audits and inspections, addressing findings and ensuring adherence to safety standards.
  • Risk Management: Collaborate with senior management to assess EHS risks and develop mitigation strategies for operational hazards.
  • Incident Analysis: Lead investigations into incidents and non-compliance issues, providing corrective action recommendations and preventive measures.
  • Expert Guidance: Provide expert EHS guidance to teams, contractors and vendors, promoting safety practices and regulatory alignment.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards, adapting policies to changes in legislation.
  • Waste Management: Oversee the management of waste, hazardous materials and other environmental aspects.
  • Emergency Response: Lead the development of emergency response plans and conduct drills to ensure organizational readiness for emergencies.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor EHS metrics to drive improvement initiatives and enhance safety performance and operational efficiency.

About You:

  • EHS Expertise: Proven experience in developing and implementing EHS policies and programs.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate EHS information to various stakeholders.
