The Role

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Trader to leverage our proprietary research pipelines, execution engines, and low-latency technology to maximize P&L while maintaining disciplined risk management.

This role is an ideal fit for a self-directed trader with a verifiable track record of profitability, looking to amplify their edge with access to advanced infrastructure and capital backing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Actively trade cryptocurrencies and/or digital assets, identifying and executing profitable opportunities in real time.

2. Develop, deploy, monitor, and refine discretionary and systematic strategies.

3. Manage risk exposure within firm-wide limits and regulatory frameworks.

4. Keep detailed records of trades, strategies, and market conditions to inform iteration and research.

5. Share insights and collaborate with quant researchers and engineers to enhance alpha capture and execution efficiency.

6. Stay current with macroeconomic events, order flow dynamics, and market microstructure developments.

7. Contribute to a culture of rigorous research and collaborative learning.
