About the Role
We are seeking a talented Social Media Marketing Specialist to spearhead our social media presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy, creating engaging content, and managing online interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy & Planning: Develop and manage a social media content calendar aligned with brand objectives, campaigns, and audience needs.
- Content Creation & Coordination: Plan, organize, and coordinate high-quality content shoots to enhance brand visibility.
- Community Engagement & Brand Voice: Manage interactions with followers, respond to queries, and maintain a strong and consistent brand voice.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track social media performance metrics, prepare reports, and derive insights to optimize strategy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, marketing, and product teams to deliver impactful campaigns and initiatives.
- Trend Analysis & Adaptation: Stay updated on emerging social media trends, tools, and platform updates; integrate them into strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms.
- Experience in coordinating shoots and content creation.
- Excellent communication skills and a creative mindset.
- Ability to analyze data and present insights.
The successful candidate will be based in North Goa.
