We are looking for a young, prolific and full-fledged **SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETER** with minimum 1 year of working experience to work at Red Hill Nature Resort,Ooty.

Job Summary: The Social Media Marketer will administer the social media marketing and advertising of retail tea business entity associated with Red Hill Nature Resort. The Social Media Marketer will be instrumental in managing the company’s content-related assets and driving quality inbound traffic via Social media marketing.

About Red Hill Nature Resort: Red Hill’s is a heritage bungalow on a tea plantation that has been converted into a nature retreat. It is located 27 kms away from Ooty Bus stand in the picturesque location of Emerald. Located in the midst of a tea plantation, Redhill Resort houses a tea factory which is starting to expand into retail space.
- Key Skills:

- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Ability to work meeting deadlines
- Comprehensive knowledge and exposure to different emerging platforms, digital media and web/social media management.
- Knowledge about the measurement tools to monitor the effectiveness of Social media campaigns
- Ability to plan effective Social Media strategies and implement them.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Optimising the content to rank better in Search Engine results page.
- Key Responsibilities:

- Create social media campaigns and strategies including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules.
- Create and distribute engaging written or graphic content on the different social media platforms.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content.
- Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed to increase the traction of qualified visitors to our social media channels.
- Manage efforts in building online reviews and reputation.
- Monitor online reviews and respond to each review.
- Respond in a timely and professional manner to the various queries raised by customers on the social media platforms.
- Engage the social media users by publishing quality content on a regular basis
