
Service Delivery Operations Manager

As a seasoned Service Delivery Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of services to clients.
Your primary objective will be to oversee the effective management of resources, processes, and service delivery teams to guarantee exceptional client satisfaction.
To achieve this, you will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) and service-level agreements (SLAs), ensuring that performance aligns with agreed expectations.
You will also act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding service-related issues, incidents, and escalations.
In addition, you will coordinate with other internal teams to ensure service delivery meets client requirements.
To foster strong relationships with key client stakeholders, you will proactively communicate with clients to ensure they are satisfied with services and identify areas for improvement.
You will conduct regular service reviews with clients to understand their needs and ensure continuous improvement.
Apart from managing, leading, and developing the service delivery team, you will also be responsible for conducting performance reviews, providing training, and ensuring alignment with the company's goals.
Fostering a collaborative and customer-focused culture within the service delivery team will be crucial in driving success.
You will also identify areas for improvement in service delivery processes and drive changes to enhance efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.
Working closely with internal teams, you will improve operational practices and ensure continuous service improvement (CSI).
Effective resource allocation across different projects and tasks will be essential in meeting client needs and timelines.
A strong understanding of IT services and delivery frameworks, such as ITIL, is necessary for success in this role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving and analytical skills, strong leadership abilities, experience managing cross-functional teams, ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, experience with project management tools and service management software, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and reporting tools are all highly desirable.
