In this challenging position, you will be responsible for building and growing the health insurance agency business across assigned locations.
You will recruit, onboard, and train insurance agents for successful activation, coach agents to enhance productivity, customer engagement, and overall performance, and implement agency best practices across all locations.

- Create an engaging and motivating environment for agents.
- Monitor agent performance and provide ongoing coaching through regular reviews.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any field. Proficiency in computer applications and digital tools. Strong communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
3-4 years of experience in insurance, sales, or agency management. Proven track record of consistently achieving business targets. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Highly motivated, self-starter with a proactive approach.
