Seeking a highly skilled Automated Test Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable automation frameworks. This role requires expertise in building frameworks from scratch, mentoring teams, and ensuring seamless integration across multiple projects.

We are looking for a technical leader with deep knowledge of automation best practices, software development lifecycles, and continuous testing strategies.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in automation testing, with a focus on framework design and leadership. They will have a proven track record of building automation frameworks from scratch and driving adoption across organizations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a technical roadmap for test automation, ensuring alignment with business goals. They will design and implement automation frameworks using Selenium and Functionize to support enterprise-wide testing.

The Automated Test Architect will also be responsible for leading automation initiatives across teams, ensuring best practices for maintainability, scalability, and reusability. They will mentor and manage a team of automation testers to build and maintain a comprehensive regression suite.

They will act as a technical advisor to senior management, providing expertise on automation strategies and emerging technologies.

The candidate will define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure automation success and efficiency. They will establish automation communities of practice, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

They will integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring testing is an integral part of deployment processes. The candidate will evaluate and implement new automation tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

The Automated Test Architect will ensure strong collaboration with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to align automation strategies.
