TagMango is a fast-growing SaaS platform enabling creators and educators to monetize their skills and build sustainable businesses.

Our team is looking for a Finance Executive who can own and streamline our India-specific finance operations, providing expertise in accounting, bookkeeping, reconciliations, creator/educator payouts, invoicing, vendor payments, compliance with GST, TDS, ROC filings, audits, tax-related matters, monthly/quarterly closings, budgeting, MIS reporting, and cash-flow management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping processes.
  • Handle creator/educator payouts, invoices, and vendor payments efficiently.
  • Ensure timely compliance with Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS, ROC requirements.
  • Assist with audits, tax-related matters, and financial close procedures.
  • Support budgeting, MIS reporting, and cash-flow management activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational processes.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in finance/accounts roles, preferably in startups/SaaS environments.
  • Proficiency in Indian accounting standards and regulatory compliances (GST, TDS, ROC).
  • Expertise in accounting tools like Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks and proficiency in Excel/Sheets.
  • Attention to detail, reliability, and adaptability in a fast-paced startup environment.
