We are seeking a highly motivated AI Product Visionary to join our team and take ownership of developing innovative products by combining business acumen, product vision, and hands-on collaboration with engineering and design teams.

About the Role:

  • Define the strategic direction for AI-powered products, translating ideas into clear deliverables and driving business growth.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand market needs and develop user-centric solutions that meet the evolving demands of customers.
  • Design and fine-tune prompts for large language models (LLMs) like GPT, Claude, or Gemini, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Work closely with UI/UX designers to review user journeys and ensure intuitive product experiences that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Collaborate with developers and data scientists to shape technically feasible and scalable features that meet business objectives.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog and lead sprint planning in an Agile environment, ensuring timely delivery and optimal resource allocation.
  • Conduct user testing and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement, refining the product roadmap and strategy.
  • Monitor performance of AI features through key performance indicators (KPIs) such as output relevance, latency, and user satisfaction, making data-driven decisions to optimize product development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, with a strong understanding of AI and machine learning principles.
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or related roles, with a proven track record of delivering successful products and projects.
  • Working knowledge of Figma and ability to participate in UI/UX design discussions, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Strong understanding or practical exposure to LLMs, Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.), and API integrations, with a focus on scalability and reliability.
  • Comfortable with technical concepts, including understanding developer terminology, APIs, and basic workflows, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively articulate product vision and strategy to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with Agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, Notion, or similar, with a focus on efficient project management and collaboration.

Preferred (Bonus) Skills:

  • Familiarity with OpenAI APIs, LangChain, vector databases, or similar AI development tools, with a focus on innovation and experimentation.
  • Understanding of basic programming logic (e.g., Python, JavaScript) or experience working with development teams, with a focus on coding standards and best practices.
  • Experience with SaaS, B2B, or enterprise-grade software platforms, with a focus on scalability and customer success.
  • Exposure to data visualization, analytics tools, or performance dashboards, with a focus on data-driven decision making and product optimization.
  • Hands-on involvement in UI/UX prototyping or wireframing, with a focus on user-centered design and experience.

The ideal candidate will have a solid grasp of technical concepts and product design tools like Figma, with a passion for AI and Generative AI. They will be able to work effectively in a collaborative environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on innovation and results.
