Job Overview

As a senior communications engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting complex call center solutions and 3rd party call recording platforms.

We are looking for a candidate with strong verbal and written communication skills who can work in a fast-paced business support environment. You should have experience working on Cisco Voice platform, CUCM/UCCE/UCCH/CVP platforms, and knowledge of telecom infrastructure protocols like ISDN and analogue signalling.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, good Excel-related analytics skills, and the ability to maintain and update technical documentation. If you are a team player with strong communication skills and a passion for process improvements, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting basic Cisco ICM/CCMP/CVP/CUIC issues
  • Creating MACD in Cisco UCCE & IPT platforms
  • Understanding VOIP protocols like SIP, H.323, and MGCP

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working on Cisco Voice platform, CUCM/UCCE/UCCH/CVP platforms
