Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage employee communications, oversee email marketing campaigns, and coordinate project tasks from initiation to deployment.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and excellent communication skills.

This role involves day-to-day project coordination, ensuring timely completion of multiple projects per month.

Responsibilities include coordinating with developers, performing QA testing, scheduling emails, guiding clients on account protocols, and processing metrics reports.

  • Coordinate with developers and client contacts to oversee development and deployment of emails
  • Perform QA testing to ensure email content renders well across email clients
  • Coordinate with client contacts to secure approval of emails and address edits
  • Schedule emails through Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Guide clients on account protocols and clearly answer questions regarding proper email templates
  • Process and upload distribution lists
  • Pull metrics reports from Salesforce Marketing Cloud and share reports with clients

Additional responsibilities include identifying roadblocks, breaking out project tasks, implementing process improvements, and suggesting opportunities for improvement in client campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience as a Senior Digital Project Manager or similar skill set
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Experience working in a client-facing environment
  • Advanced English level
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
