Job Title: Digital Community CoordinatorWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Digital Community Coordinator. This role will be responsible for managing and growing our online community across various social media platforms.About the Role:
  • To manage and grow our online community across Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Facebook, Pinterest, and Little Red Book (Xiaohongshu).
  • To actively post content and keep groups and communities active on Facebook and Instagram.
  • To engage daily with followers by responding to direct messages, comments, and sharing meaningful interactions.
  • To monitor conversations, sentiment, and feedback to help shape future campaigns.
  • To support email communications by gathering FAQs and customer insights.
  • To work closely with the Social Media Manager to align tone and campaigns.
Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of experience in social media engagement, community building, or customer interaction.
  • Excellent written communication and a natural, empathetic voice.
  • Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple conversations daily.
  • A passion for slow fashion, motherhood, or kids' lifestyle communities is a plus.
  • Experience working with premium or luxury brands is an advantage.
